What am I allowed to bring into the venue?

Outside food and beverages, flow props, and weapons of any kind are not allowed.  Vapes are allowed but must be smoked outside.  All bags will be searched upon entry.

Payment plans are available for any order over $100.  Payment plans require a 20% deposit, and the remaining balance will be split into monthly payments.  Payment plans close on October 20th, and the final payment is due December 20th.

  • You will pay the full purchase price in recurring monthly payments until the final payment date.  The payment dates and amounts you will owe are listed in your payment schedule once you proceed with the payment plan.
  • Tickets must be paid by the final payment date set by the event organizer in order for your ticket(s) to be valid.
  • You may updated the credit card on your payment plan at any time by saving a new card to your account and selecting the card in the payment plan details.
  • You may cancel your order in the middle of a payment plan, but in doing so you agree to forfeit all funds from previous payments.  Refunds on voluntarily canceled orders are not permitted.
  • If a payment fails, you have 10 days to update your payment method before your order is canceled.  Refunds on canceled orders due to failed payments are not permitted.

Yes, and plenty to choose from!  Madam Zola’s Fortune powered by our culinary team will be preparing delicious bites and drinks all weekend.  We’ll have multiple food truck options available at the block party, and over 10 bar locations throughout the event space.

Credit or debit cards are accepted for advance tickets purchased online.  Door tickets are cash only.

For VIP upgrades, please first purchase your new VIP ticket(s).  Next, please email [email protected] with your original GA order number(s), and your VIP ticket order number(s) and we will process the refund for your GA ticket(s).

Parking around the venue is extremely limited.  We encourage guests to use rideshare services, taxis, or public transportation to arrive and depart from the festival.  Muni T line has a stop 1 street over from the venue at 3rd St and Marin St.
